Lazer Properties was built as the in-house real estate platform for a Beverly Hills family with three generations of operating experience. Across decades, the family developed every capability it needed under one roof (property management, construction oversight, investment underwriting, and estate-level stewardship) because the work demanded all of them.
Formalized as Lazer Properties in 2016, the platform operated in service of the family's portfolio for nearly a decade. In 2025, Lazer was opened to other private owners, family offices, and long-term investors. The architecture didn't change. The same team, the same standards, and the same owner-operator mindset that the family applied to its own real estate is now applied on behalf of clients.

Jason Lewis
Owner & CEO
A Beverly Hills native and third-generation real estate operator, Jason founded Lazer Properties in 2016 and leads the firm's management, development, and advisory work. He stays directly involved in every client relationship and strategic decision, and has repositioned multiple assets across the portfolio while building a development pipeline exceeding $250 million in capitalized value.
Before Lazer, Jason worked in acquisitions and development at CIM Group, across multifamily, retail, office, and infrastructure. He began his career in the investment banking group at Lazard Frères, advising on M&A and restructuring transactions.
Jason holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with honors from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance. He pairs a local operator's feel for the market with institutional-grade execution on every engagement.
